All rates quoted above are for 2 person occupancy. Extra person please add $5 per person per night. Rates do not include 7% lodging tax so please add 7 % tax for total rate.
Payment options: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Cash. We require $50 security refundable deposit for guests who wish to pay by cash. Sorry NO CHECKS.
Cleaning Fee & Security deposit required on weekly rate.
All rooms have microwaves, refrigerators and wireless internet.
Check out time is 11:00 am sharp. Late checkout fee $10 per hour after 11am.
All reservations will be held until arrival time specified by the guest or at the latest 10:00 PM. If guest does not arrive by specified time room will be rented to someone else.
48 Hr cancellation notice required. Less than 48 hrs, your credit card will be charged for one night.
